You just ordered at Lively Collection and we understand that you can’t wait until your Lively Collection products arrives! That is why we do our very best to make sure the order will be delivered as soon as possible.

General shipping policy
All orders will be shipped in accordance to the delivery policies below:
- Lively Collection ships all packages using PostNL packaging service for shipping in The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.
- Delivery time commences as soon as Lively Collection has received payment from the customer
- After your order is process, deliveries will be shipped within 3 business days
- Deliveries are made 5 days a week, exception on public holidays
- The items are delivered by PostNL. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail.
- Lively Collection will charge a € 6,95 shipping charge for package delivery services in The Netherlands (Belgium and Germany € 10,90 incl. VAT) which includes a maximum weight of 30kg and within the dimensions of 100x70x58 cm.
- In the event a delivery attempt has been made, and could not be complete, PostNL will leave a message in your mailbox
Outside of The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany

How much are the shipping costs?
We ship our items worldwide! The standard shipping costs are € 6,95 for The Netherlands. Please inform for shipping costs in and outside Europa. Shipping on orders over € 150,00 is free for delivery in The Netherlands.
Where do I find my Track & Trace?
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail. With the Track & Trace details you can track the status of your delivery.
When will my package be delivered?
Our aim is to transfer the order to one of our shipping partners within 72 hours. Dutch customers can expect their package within three (working) days. Orders outside of the Netherlands have varying delivery times (3 to 8 working days). We strive to keep you updated if there is any delay in the shipment of your order.
NON-EU orders: taxes and duties
For orders that are being shipped to destinations outside of Europe, one should take into account the extra taxes and duties that might be accounted for when your order is imported into your country.
If you receive a notification during checkout that your country is not available for shipping, please contact us so we can help you.
Due to recent import restrictions on EU-originated goods imposed by the Russian government we unfortunately cannot process any Lively Collection orders to Russia at this point in time.
